Our fabrication capabilities

The HES GmbH – Heat Exchanger Systems facilities comprise an area of ca. 2000 sq.m, excluding storage facilities of ca. 400 sq.m and office space of also ca. 400 sq.m. We continuously optimise and modernise our fabrication and office equipment to state of the art conditions. Our in-house equipment development enables us to work more efficiently so that we can better and faster help our customers.

Key construction limitations of our spiral heat exchangers

The following key construction limits represent actually built units, but do not necessarily represent the maximum feasible. We always look into possibilities to reduce construction limitations to better match potential applications.

300 mm high (incl. nozzles), 100 mm coil width, 250 mm diameter, 53 kg weight, 0.55 m² effective heat exchanging area, for a liquid - liquid application.
